Asthma is a chronic disease of the airways that transport air to and from the lungs.
Asthma is a complex condition, which can be part of a broader clinical picture called "atopy".
This test is indicated for subjects genetically predisposed to develop asthma, a disease of the respiratory tract caused by a mixture of genetic and environmental factors.
The analysis takes into consideration the mutation of germline DNA, it investigates SNP and Indel mutations up to 150 bp.
