Individuos que tienen un fuerte historial familiar de cáncer de mama o de ovario, o aquellos que desean conocer su riesgo de desarrollar estos tipos de cáncer. Esto puede incluir personas con una mutación BRCA conocida o aquellas con antecedentes familiares de cáncer de mama a una edad temprana.
El análisis tiene en cuenta la mutación del ADN de la línea germinal, investiga mutaciones de SNP e Indel hasta 150 pb.
