What is Dante Labs' refund policy?

Dante Labs can process a refund up to 30 days after purchase if the sample has not been received by our lab. Refunds will appear on the card used to purchase your Dante Labs Test or Dante Labs Gift Code.

If you decide that you no longer want Dante Labs once the kit has shipped, for each kit there is a EUR 25.00 cancellation fee for the sample collection kit in addition to the EUR 10.00 shipping and handling.

If the kit has been shipped back to the lab but is not received yet, there is an additional EUR 35.00 fee.

Regarding our Covid tests, if a cancellation has been requested after the test has been shipped out, there is a EUR 15.00 fee with reference to the collection kit and shipping. If the test has arrived to our lab, there will be no refund.

You can cancel your test at any time prior to releasing results, but Dante Labs will be unable to process a refund 30 days after the Dante Labs Test was purchased or once our lab has received your sample.

If you have given a Dante Labs Test as a gift and the recipient decides not to use it, it can be given to someone else who is 18 or older. Additionally, the purchaser can request a refund according to our refund policy.
