This product is only meant for customers who already purchased a Dante Genome Test

Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy is a form of cardiac pathology caused by the pathological thickening of the walls of the left ventricle. In the presence of this thickening, this heart chamber will no longer be able to pump blood adequately, resulting in "diastolic" failure of the heart. This condition is genetically determined and the underlying genetic mutations also cause abnormal organization of cardiac muscle fibers.
Genetic testing is a critical point for the identification of asymptomatic subjects at high risk and represents an important tool for molecular diagnosis in subjects suspected of Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy.

The analysis takes into consideration the mutation of germline DNA, it investigates SNP and Indel mutations up to 150 bp.
  • Available in less than 24 hours
  • Based on Whole Genome Sequencing
  • More than 70 genes analyzed
  • Investigates SNP and Indel mutations up to 150 bp

List of main conditions:
